MARJUBILATION is continuing with her routine of going on the water treadmill and horsewalker. The physio check in on her again today, she feels that she is improving well and has given the all clear for her to have the depth of water increased, which will strengthen and build her up behind.

MARJUBILATION Marnie Campbell (Physio) visited the Stud yesterday and treated Marjubilation. Marnie last visited in mid-August and was pleased with the progress that Marj has made over this time and was pleased to see muscle improvement over the pelvis. She stressed that recovery from this type of injury takes time, as it is necessary to breakdown existing scar tissue and muscle and rebuild this in the correct manner, but the prognosis is good over the long term. We will book Marnie in to see her again in a couple of weeks. She is continuing with her work on the water treadmill and horsewalker.

MARJUBILATION is doing well and working well. She is going on the water treadmill and horsewalker every day and we are gradually building her up.
MARJUBILATION is doing well and improving well. I think that her pelvic injury is now pretty good and she is quite sound, we are just slowly working away building up the muscle that has been lost. She is working well on the treadmill for 20 mins a day and then also does 15 mins on horsewalker.
6 August – 12 August 2018
MARJUBILATION has settled well. She is currently working for 15 minutes twice daily on the horse walker. We have also started to introduce her to the treadmill and she should be working in water very soon.
30 July – 5 August 2018
MARJUBILATION was given the all clear from the vet this week, which is great news! She was moved to Mildmay Stud earlier this morning to start her rehabilitation. She has started to get bored so is ready to start doing something more.
MARJUBILATION We think she got cast in her box and this has resulted in a swelling on her stifle. She has been seen by the vet and the physio and we have stopped walking her in hand and she is on rest for another week. All being well then, the plan will then be to be move her to the next stage of her rehabilitation.
16 July – 22 July 2018
MARJUBILATION is looking and feeling great, she continues to walk out well and we have increased her walking time, she is being seen again by Hannah the vet physio next week and then we plan on moving her on to continue her preparation for a return to full training.
9 July – 15 July 2018
MARJUBILATION continues to be the perfect patient, she is looking very well and is enjoying her in hand walking. We are now thinking of the next step of her rehabilitation.

Marjubilation is doing well, she has settled well into the indoor barn where she has slightly more room to move around. She was seen by Hannah the Physio this week and has started 5 minutes walking in hand, which is great news!
Marjubilation is being the perfect patient, she’s is happy in her stable and is looking good, she will be moved next week into a slightly bigger space.
Marjubilation is looking really good, she’s still coping well with her box rest and is enjoying a daily groom. She had a short walk out of her stable today and is already looking much better.
Marjubilation is doing well, she’s moved to a slightly bigger stable where she is very happy and relaxed. She is coping very well with the box rest and isn’t stressed at all. She was weighed this week and has put on some weight and is looking much better for it.
Marjubilation We collected her on Thursday, she travelled back well in the lorry and settled quickly in her stable. She is alert and happy. She will be on box rest for 10 days and then we will make a plan to move her gradually into the barn so she has more space to move around.
Acclamation Filly seems to be coping well and she is cross-tied to help keep her steady in her box. All being well, we will aim to send her back to the stud to continue her recovery at some point next week.
Acclamation Filly We received the veterinary report last night following their investigation into the filly’s lameness. I am sorry to tell you that she is going to be out of training for another 10-11 weeks, as their findings show that she has a pelvic stress fracture. I am pleased to say that she seems quite comfortable whilst confined to her box. Although quite a common injury in young fillies, it is so disappointing that it has happened now as I felt we were close to running her. She has shown me that she’s a lovely filly and I am so pleased that we seem to have caught it quickly. It should heal well for a period of rest and I am very much looking forward to getting her onto the track later in the season.
Acclamation Filly I am sorry to say that she has trotted up lame. She has been in very good form and is well in herself. She is lame on her off hind when trotting, but is putting weight on it, we will give her a few days and then probably ask the vet to do some further investigation.
Acclamation Filly She did a nice bit of work on Wednesday morning, what she does she does well and I think she’s a really nice filly. At the current rate I think it will be three to four weeks and we’ll be looking at giving her a first run.
Acclamation Filly continues to please and is coming along very nicely. She loves her daily cantering work and moves well.
Acclamation Filly She’s going very nicely, really nicely. She’s moving well and cantering away daily, we haven’t done anything too fast with her yet but I’m very happy with her and it is all good so far.
Acclamation Filly had a canter this morning, she seems to be a sweet filly and is pictured below walking home from exercise.
